So we hopped the pond with Disco Sauce: The True Story of Penne Alla Vodka. It was cited by a very in-depth, well written piece about the origin of the sauce by journalist Felicity Cloake of The Guardian. The piece questions the use of Ethanol and pits my friend Eric Kim from the NYT and the incomparable Hervé This, gastromolecular scientist to the stars, against one another in the debate. Of course we already got down to the bottom of this in the doc;)
